All Guests must be current within 5 days of stay and provide proof prior to stay:
Rabies (administered by a licensed vet)
Bordetella (canine cough)
Current on flea & tick treatment (spring and summer months)
Oral meds given at no additional cost
Females must not be in season-If cycle begins during a stay, a $15 surcharge will be added per day.
Limit of 2 intact males (12 months old and above) at our facility at any given time. Intact males that have reached the age of 12 months will not be allowed in group play, unless temperament is checked and approved.
Please email vaccination records to email@example.com prior to your stay.
We ask for a 24-hour cancelation notice, but we understand that things happen. If you must cancel within 24 hours of your stay you will be billed for the first night of stay. No showing on a holiday weekend will result in full charge for the stay.
All dogs must be non-aggressive and non-food or toy protective with people. Owners will certify that their dogs have not harmed or shown any aggressive or threatening behavior towards any person or any other dogs. Please remember that your pet will be spending time with other pets and the safety and health of our guests is our main concern.
If you question your dogs behavior, we will require a daycare stay to evaluate your dogs behavior.
If your dog can not do group play, they must be approved before booking a stay. We have limited separation play yards.
For daycare, please bring a leash, and any food that you would like your pooch to be fed throughout the day. For overnight boarding, please bring food (preferably in individual bags) & medication. Each kennel is equipped with bowls and a raised dog bed. Please do not bring dishes, unless is it something specific to your dog. You are welcome to bring any comfort items that that your dog may enjoy. Anything with familiar smells such as shirts and blankets will help your dog settle in comfortably.. Each dog will be given Milkbone dog biscuits each time they come in and at bedtime. If your dog needs a special treat, please bring those.
Keep your dog on a leash, until they are in the kennel. This will make it easier to catch them when they excitedly run to the door for their vacation!
If your dog is sick, keep them home. Vaccination records need to be emailed prior to your dogs stay (Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella).
If there are two cars in the parking lot, wait at the top of the hill until someone leaves. This will allow the cars in front of you to back up and get out safely. Our parking lot is tiny. We don't want any fender benders.
If someone is in front of you dropping their dog off, stay outside until they exit. Be patient and give them space to say their goodbyes.
If you know your dog is going to have a tough time at drop off, (who are we kidding, it's going to be the human that has a tough time at drop off😉) come 15 minutes early. This way you will have time to get your snuggles in without holding up other guests.
Confirm your pickup time. If you added a departure bath (which I highly recommend), we will do that three hours before the pup leaves. This gives them time to dry, and they don't miss out on too much playtime. If your pickup time changes, let us know. We don't want your furry friend going home smelling like other furry friends.
At checkout, we will have all of your belongings packed and ready to go. Weather permitting, we will line the baskets up outside for you to put in your car. When you are ready for your dog, grab your leash and come inside. We will check you out (cash, check, or credit card) and then grab your dog for a quick getaway.
Book early! We don't want your pups vacation to be a bust sitting on a wait list.
Smile, be patient, and enjoy the scenery. We value each and every one of our clients and guests. We are always doing our best to make your experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
